The Arbonne Charitable Foundation® (ACF) will be at AAC 2018. Join us and help teenagers develop the confidence to realise their true potential and reach for their dreams.

Independent Consultants will receive a ribbon when registering to attach to their badge and wear with pride if they donate £1, £5, £10, or £20 towards the UK Arbonne Charitable Foundation. Proceeds will help teenage girls and boys develop the confidence to realise their true potential and reach their dreams. Foundation volunteers help teens learn life skills that can carry over into a variety of situations, leading to newfound self-confidence — and ultimately higher self-esteem. Through our grants programme, Foundation donations can be requested to support the work of other deserving charitable organisations that benefit teens.

Take part in our Charitable Foundation Activity 'Mind, Body, Soul' on Saturday 8th September. Focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm with this yoga-fusion workout, which improves flexibility, increases core strength, and reduces stress levels! The session will be led by qualified Body Balance Instructor and Area Manager Ann-See Yeoh, alongside Area Manager Sara Spindle. All registered participants who attend the session will receive a gift of a full size Arbonne product, so your mind, body and soul can continue to feel energised long after the class is over.

Thursday 6th September

Registration will be open to all Independent Consultants on Thursday 6th September. We recommend registering on Thursday evening to avoid long queues on Friday morning. The Arbonne Village will also be open for you to immerse yourself in everything Arbonne, make purchases at the Arbonne Boutique, and visit the Arbonne Charitable Foundation® auction.

We’re kicking off AAC 2018 with a special Vice President Celebration on Thursday evening! Regional Vice Presidents and National Vice Presidents attending AAC 2018 from all countries who promote on or before 1st August 2018 are invited. Parking

Car parking at the NEC is free of charge for the duration of AAC. You will be directed to car parks North 2-7 (N2-N7) as identified on the site map, but please be aware of any changes to this by following event day signage when on site. The NEC will provide shuttle buses to assist you between the car parks and main atrium entrance.

Accommodation

September will soon be here, so to make it a little easier for booking your accommodation over the AAC period, we have teamed up with the Birmingham Marketing Bureau to reserve a selection of hotels both near the NEC and in the city. Take a look here!

Hotel rooms have been reserved from Wednesday 5th–Sunday 9th September. The AAC Conference is Friday 7th–Saturday 8th September.

Train

The NEC is next to Birmingham International train station. You can reach the conference hall without having to step outside. The NEC entrance is on the right hand side as you exit the station, and is clearly signposted. Many services run direct to Birmingham International. Alternatively, you can catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street. There are regular services, and the journey only takes 10-15 minutes. Buses to the NEC can be caught at Birmingham Moor Street and Solihull stations. For further information, call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50.

Virgin Trains Discount
You can book Virgin Train tickets with a 25% discount when travelling from a station on the Virgin West Coast Main Line, to Birmingham International. Further information and booking can be found on the Virgin Trains website: virgintrains.co.uk/nec

Taxi

TOA black cabs are available at clearly marked ranks outside the NEC’s main entrances. They’re an easy and convenient way to get to your hotels and attractions around the NEC. TOA Taxis are a supplier of taxi to the NEC. You can book TOA Taxis by phone on 0121 427 8888 or 0800 0142 729 (free phone), online, via the mobile app, or pick one up outside the NEC main entrances if available. Services are available by phone 24/7. TOA Taxis accept all major credit cards.

Air

The NEC is just minutes away from Birmingham Airport (BHX). From the airport, take the free and fast Air-Rail Link to Birmingham International railway station, and then it’s just a short walk to the entrance. The Air-Rail Link runs every 2 minutes and takes just 90 seconds to reach the NEC. It leaves the airport from the upper level of Terminal 1, and operates daily between 5:15 a.m. and 2 a.m.

District Managers who promote to Area Manager for the first time during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition at AAC.

NEW DIRECT NATION PROMOTION AWARD

Qualification Period: 1st August 2017–1st August 2018

All National Vice Presidents who have promoted at least one new National Vice President in their Central Nation during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition at AAC.

DISTRICT MANAGER ELEVATION

Qualification Period: 1st August 2017–1st August 2018

The top 3 Independent Consultants who directly promote out the most first time District Managers from their Central District during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition.

Promoted-out District Managers must be paid as District Managers on 1st August 2018 to qualify. Ties will be broken by calculating Central District QV over the qualification period, including promoted-out DM Central QV.

NEW REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENTS

Qualification Period: 1st August 2017–1st August 2018

Area Managers who promote to Regional Vice President for the first time during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition at AAC.

NVP CHALLENGE ACHIEVERS 2018

National Vice Presidents who achieve exceptional business growth and commitment to leadership are rewarded with a trip of a lifetime. These National Vice Presidents will receive onstage recognition at AAC.

NVP TOP INCOME EARNERS

The top 5 National Vice Presidents who achieve the highest income during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition.

NEW NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENTS

TOP ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH

The top 3 Independent Consultants who grew their business to new heights by having the highest new Consultant Qualifying volume in their central District, Area, Region, or Nation.

Q. What is the dress code for each event?

A. AM and VP Training Business professional (no jeans)
General Sessions: Business professional (no jeans)

Q. What is the Consultant Registration Fee?

A. All Arbonne Independent Consultants pay £35.

Q. Am I secured a place at AAC 2018 if I have paid the £35 Registration Fee?

A. No, you must also pay the Consultant Conference Fee in full.

Q. What are the Consultant Conference Fee Packages?

A. Please refer to the “Payment Information” document.

Q. Can I pay my Consultant Conference Fee in instalments?

A. Yes, if you register in May or June you will have the option to pay in either 3 month or 2 month instalments. The last date to register for the 2 month instalment package is 31st July 2018. After this date, you will be required to pay the conference fee of £255 in full. The instalment payments will be automatically processed on 15th June, 20th July, and 14th August 2018. Please note that an instalment option is not available at the New Consultant or Guest Rate, nor is it available for the second partner in a business entity. Please refer to the “Payment Information” document for further detail.

Q. Can I purchase a Consultant Conference Fee Package for another Consultant?

A. No, we are unable to offer this option; and you may not register another Independent Consultant as a guest.

Q. What is the difference when registering a guest?

A. There will be no Registration Fee when registering a guest, only the Guest Conference Fee of £220. All guests can attend the General Sessions, plus the Arbonne Evening Celebration. Independent Consultants can register up to five guests. Names for Guest Conference Fee Packages can be changed until 21st August 2018, by returning to the UK AAC confirmation page. Log in to the country specific Arbonne website > My Office > My Events > Arbonne Conferences > UK AAC 2018. From the confirmation page, select edit and proceed with the change. A guest can be a Preferred Client but not another Arbonne Independent Consultant — no exceptions.

Q. Am I able to attend only part of the event?

A. There is no reduced fee to attend only a part of the Conference. The Conference Fee is inclusive of the two day Conference and Arbonne Glitter Ball.

Q. Can I transfer my AAC 2018 Registration and/or Conference Fee Package to another Independent Consultant or guest?

A. No. Both are non-transferable. Failure to attend AAC 2018 after you have paid will result in forfeiture of your Conference Fees.

Q. What types of payments are accepted?

A. Payment for all AAC 2018 Registration and Conference Fees must be made by credit or debit card. Accepted credit and debit cards include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please see Terms & Conditions for further information.

Q. I promoted and am eligible to RSVP to an invite only special event, but the system wouldn’t let me RSVP when I tried during registration. How do I RSVP?

A. You can RSVP on the first day of the month after your promotion. For example, if you promoted on 12th June, you can RSVP on 1st July. If you have questions regarding your promotion, please contact Arbonne Customer Service on 0800 977 5721.

Q. I’m part of a legal business entity with Arbonne. How do all members register for AAC 2018?

A. The main business entity contact must complete the online registration and add details of the business entity by selecting the partnership tab. Please note that you will only be able to view the partnership tab if you are registered as a business entity.

Q. Will there be translation services provided at AAC?

A. AAC 2018 will be presented in English only.

Q. Will there be facilities for children and infants?

A. A family room will be available to those attending AAC. Please note: We do not recommend bringing children, as this area will not be staffed and is simply a quiet break out space. Pushchairs are not permitted in the conference area.

Q. Will there be live streaming for AAC 2018?

A. There are no plans to stream the event.

Q. Will I receive QV on the Early Bird Relax Product Bundle?

A. No QV will be awarded on the bundle.
